FP Tune Question

Question for anyone who has had this tune installed or may just have knowledge on how it works.

My tuner will be here next week along with the Whipple intercooler. Couple of other things I have done already is installed the S&B cold air intake (no issues with the lid popping off) and the Turbosmart blowoff valve. My question is, does having these things installed change the way the tune is installed in the truck? I hate I have to take it to a dealership to have it installed as there isn’t a single one around here i trust. I know for warranty reasons Ford has to install it but that doesn’t make me feel any better. The Whipple intercooler install is pretty straight forward so I am wondering if I do that before or after having the tune installed? If anyone knows of a reputable shop in the Austin area please let me know.

The FP tune is a single flash that cannot be separately modified to adjust for any other intake/exhaust modifications. There are other tunes that can be modified to adjust for and take advantage of the mods you plan however, the FP is not one of them.
