Front body mount bolt sheered?

This is dumb, but I can’t find a reference. Did I sheer this bolt when I removed it?

Or is it shaped like that? I just did 4 body bolts on the wife’s wildtrak and they were tapered with red locktite

I was prepared to ask the question here what size drill and tap (thread pattern) I’d need, but I checked the receiving nut and its clear.

I took off 4 on the wife’s wildtrak to mount her sliders and they were tapered with red locktite.

these came out pretty hard.

the front bolts are different than the other 6, and as others have said they are tapered like that on the end and are definitely fight you more removing them
