That’s all I needed. I’m a pro at removing the grill, I used to have Morimoto lights…just went back to stock.
Thanks. Looks like I’ll be doing this. I haven’t removed the grill yet. Any tips or mistakes to watch out for?

Its easy. Remove ~10 retainers to remove the top cover, 4 bolts for the grill, unclip the camera wire and hose (squeeze the clamp to release the hose connector), pull the grill straight out from the Bronco, best to pull the wire retainers from the grill to give you some slack, two bolts hold down the camera.

It did. I replaced it myself and the whole thing took me less than an hour. Maybe even closer to 30 minutes. Haven’t had a problem since.
Are you sure the new camera did it or was it possibly just the wire was loose on original and you fully seated it during replacement?

I checked the wires before replacing and supposedly the dealership checked them also.

For me personally, the dealer checked all wiring and was fine. Replacement camera fixed my issue. It's been working great for over a year and the issue has never returned.

I replaced the camera myself after it sat at the dealer a week without being looked at, fixed.

Do you have a link for that price? The cheapest I'm finding it is about $300 online

You’re right, that’s crazy! Is there some supply/demand thing going on? The rear camera is still reasonably priced.

That’s insane. When I got mine it was only about $65 I think.

If your Fordpass account is set up, message me the VIN and I can check the last 60 days worth of codes the truck reported to the cloud. If it is happening sporadically and it does report a code when it happens, I would be able to see it in its history.
Would you be able to help look up the codes on my bronco as well if I send you my VIN? I took mine in for a repair at the dealer and they're saying they can't replicate the issue or fix it without a code, so I'm hoping this will help

Thanks in advance

Yea, send it over. I'll check it out tomorrow. Need details on what actually happened. Without them being able to replicate the issue or see a code that's active, they can't do anything. That much is 100% true.
