freeway driving.......I can get 310-ish......suburban streets driving...I get 260-ish.

Base MT here. I think the highest 'till empty' number for me was 350ish, but I don't really look at it too much. I mostly drive make beer runs on the weekends and might drive it once or twice a week to work, which can be stop and go to 75 mph. My MPG is right at 20.1 and has been there for a while.

I also mostly drive in 'normal' or 'eco' modes.

The first few tanks I was around 22mpg with the SAS 2dr. Now things have dropped to around 18-19mpg.

I suspect when the engine (spark plugs in particular) were brand new we were seeing awesome performance but that dwindles quickly.
Maybe winter gas effect. They put more additives in it so it does not gum up in very cold temps. The additives lower mileage significantly.
