Just joined the forum a couple days ago and I've been searching around for info on the new Bronco. I had a 1975 Bronco way back in the day that I wish I had never sold. Bought it off the showroom floor and it had every option you could get in a California build. Dual fuel tanks (19 gallons total and you needed them) 302 V-8 with auto trans, limited slip front and rear 4.10 axles. It was a beast. Looking at a 2026 Badlands Sasquatch at a dealership in Reno, Nevada and if they can meet my number I may take it home. The truck in my pic is my current ride.

I did not find the perfect Bronco (color, content) so I gave the dealer a build sheet for a 2027. White, Badlands Sasquatch, and many other options. Order banks are not open yet so I might know something in a couple weeks as to build date/ delivery timeframe.

Welcome to the Forum. I knew that when I was looking for my Bronco in early 25 that it would be hard to find what I wanted on the lot so I ordered exactly what I wanted on 4/1/25 and took delivery on 7/12/25 and couldn't be happier

26 Broncos should be made up until mid - late December and the 27's would start production in late January or so. I don't think that the 27 build sheets are out yet

Just order a 26 from a dealer that has allocations and you should get it in October, depending on what you specify

Jake, welcome. Since you’re new to the forum and the search, the most important thing you might not know is the significance of the roof options.

The original textured Molded-In-Color (MIC) top has had ongoing problems with cracking. While not everyone has the issue, some forum members are on their 3rd MIC tops already, while still under warranty. Replacing one out of warranty would be very costly. Despite the well-known problems, Ford is still putting them on new Broncos.

The painted tops are a different construction from the MIC tops and do not seem to have any similar problems so far. The painted top in whatever color you can get is the way to go.

To echo what @glashaus mentioned, you'll be waiting a long time for a MY'27. Production won't start until after the holidays with delivery at the end of January 2027 (the earliest). And that is only if your order is scheduled in the first wave.

Life is short. Your build isn't that unique. Just cast a larger net and I'm sure you'll find what you are looking for.

Thanks to everyone for all the info. I knew of the problems with the MIC roof in earlier Bronco production but I didn’t know it was an ongoing problem with new production. Sounds like I need to spec a painted roof. Salesman told me that it would probably be a late December or January delivery. We will see what the management has to say in a couple weeks. Good thing I’m not in a hurry. Dealer has searched but has not been able to locate a vehicle with my exact list of options. Now that list may change with the roof problems.

Welcome. There is a lot of good info along with some fun & games around here.
A good new built Bronco is pretty good. I say good built because any mfg. can send out a lemon.
They are very comfortable and capable.

A lot of us Classic owners (76 for me though not new) wish we could have kept them, but sometimes life sends us down a different path.
