Hitch receiver issues

I just read the instructions for the bumper, the only thing it says it Won't work with is the Ford factory tow hitch, and even addresses how to install it with other hitches on Page 8 of the instructions... So buy nearly any other hitch kit, (Including Rough Country's own SKU: 51062 for the Bronco, despite what they told you, they do make), and you should be good to go...

Dude, they are wrong. I already bought the RC hitch, it does not fit and customer service apologized for the issue when I spoke with them.

1/2" off. The bumper covers the cross member with 1/4" on both sides. The channel width of the receiver is the same as the bumper.

And you left the spacer out they said not to put in if installing a hitch? if so, it sounds like you've got pretty good justification for returning it.
