Is anyone else having issues with their data/internet connection from the AT&T wifi hotspot?
I used the trial hotspot connection and it worked great, but as soon as I switched over to the paid plan I can no longer access the internet. The wifi signal is strong, and I can connect to the Bronco wifi just fine, but there's no internet data connection beyond that. All of the other connected features work great, so it's not a modem issue... I'm thinking it must be something with AT&T or with my subscription.
My subscription shows active, but with 0 data usage. I've called AT&T several times this week, but honestly they have been useless. They keep telling me a tech will call me back to troubleshoot but no one calls. They suggested I need to take it to the dealer for service, but since the hotspot worked great on the trial plan I'm pretty sure the problem is on their end.
