How to pre set the am FM radio stations?

Afternoon folks, hate to sound like a dummy, but does anyone know how to pre set the am FM radio stations? I looked at manual, it told me nothing! Thanks.

There's buttons across the bottom of the screen. Tune to your station then press and hold and it will set it.

As above, press and hold. Also, in the settings, you can adjust the number of preset screens you have available.
