I'm probably missing something obvious, so flame away if this is a stupid question but....
I have a question about the radio, it was driving me nuts yesterday. I can see how to *add* radio or Sirius XM presets. However, I don't see how to delete or organize them? Nothing clear in the manual (looked on the "online" manual in the vehicle when I stopped)

I chatted with a Ford specialist. He couldn't even answer. At first he didn't understand the question, tried to push me off to Sirius XM. At the end of the call he gave me a 1-800 number to call, told me to reach out to the "IVT Team" whatever that is. I tried calling the number he gave ... and it was for some sort of medical alert company. Holy s#!&, I canāt make this up. Although maybe that number would be appropriate...
Is this a case where you just overwrite the old stations and that's how you do it?
