Hurricane Ian

Sad to see the death toll climb from this devastating hurricane. We were lucky and had damage to our condo common grounds but no damage inside our unit like 70% of our first floor neighbors in the complex did. A small blessing as the electric LSV that we bought during Covid because rental cars were so expensive is now totaled. It was basically an adult Barbie Jeep that only went 25mph. My wife and daughters loved it but they have all agreed a Bronco is a much better replacement. When my 7/20/20 MIC top Bronco arrives sometime in the next 6 months(hopefully sooner) we’re moving our current soft top OBX to our condo. The insurance company is sending me a replacement value check for the crappy Moke and it will pay for about half the cost of my new LUX/Sasquatch/MIC Bronco.

Both blue but the silly Moke is a joke compared to our Bronco.

Glad everyone is ok, we’re in Central FL, lots of tree damage, no power, but NO COMPLAINTS seeing how devastated the rest of this beautiful state is, I feel blessed.

Venice got pounded but we made it through. Thankfully I lifted my bronco because all the streets looked like this yesterday, better today but still lots of standing water
