Spoke to the OG dealer and they claim it transferred. @DealerInsider never mentioned getting it or sending him more $. Waiting to hear from him. Anyone got anything official from Ford stating the process. I do remember the person on the phone I spoke with saying I would need to repay deposit. OG dealer also stated they were never notified that I had transferred, but I got an official email from Ford with my new res details.

Was fun telling OG dealer why I moved as they were unwilling to offer any discount.

This was my experience too. I never paid an additional $100 to Horsham. And to my knowledge I never got $100 back from my original dealer. Just assumed it carried over . . .

The dealer does. My refund was from my dealer on the electronic transfer statement.

Yep, glad I'm not working with that dealer since the freakin' GM bold face lied about that. The refund just showed up on my Visa statement even tho' the card # changed...two months later. And yes, from that dealer!

It does not in fact transfer over. Ended up paying the new dealer (who wasn't too concerned as I am buying a vehicle from him). Old dealer ended up having to call their district/zone manager to get clarification. When I called back to check up on the progress they had a check ready for me to pick up.

I asked University to transfer my reservation to model year 22, and they straight up cancelled it, anyone had this happen??

they sent you a check bc they dont want to cancel the original res with a good timestamp...they could have clicked with one button and its handled thru ford

I contact them I want my refund but they never send me my refund ....

I guess they want to keep my reservation for one of their customer because I have the first day reservation.....

Let me know who to contact I hate sneaky dealer.....

Curious why any of you had to jump through hoops to get your refund. When I transferred my reservation the deposit was refunded automatically.

same here. I moved my reservation and my deposit was refunded quickly.
