ICON Stage 8 issue - control module won't connect

Has anyone installed the ICON Stage 8 for their SAS Bronco and have had to deal with defective parts? Control Module won't connect (tried and checked everything at this point from power to ground and everything in-between), can't get it to connect or for ICON to even respond to me. I've been going through Lethal Performance since I bought it through them, and its been disappointing to say the least. Spend $10k on a suspension and I cannot even utilize it.
