"In Production"

Hello All... Just got an "in production" notification 3 days ago. In the infinite experience of those who have taken delivery of their Bronco, does a general time frame from notification for both "built" and when it ends up at your dealer exist? Dependent in a few variables I understand, but just curious as to an average time if there is such a number.

I’m on the 10/10 list for production. I’m in same boat. I even stopped by at dealership and asked them today and even on the process. Couldn’t get an exact date but they estimated 3-4 weeks from build date. But they did say their last rail shipment sat in Denver for 3 weeks due to trucker shortage. Hopefully that’s not the case this round.

Seems like the rest of the months will drag on till the dam thing shows up.

I've been "In Production" since June 27th and, despite modules hitting on July 26th, have not received any word as to where the vehicle actually is. 3-4 weeks is what I was told too.

So long story short, just put it out of mind as much as possible and one day you'll wake up to an awesome surprise.

Thanks... yep, it'll get here when it gets here. My dealer is awesome and though I've made half a dozen phone calls or stopped by personally, I don't get real worked up over it. It will be two years in December since original order. Though true I really want mine to get here, I'm not going to lose my mind over it...

I am 8/8 build week and in production since 8/10. I have modules and a tear tag listed. The dealers internet manager says the best he can tell its waiting for chips/modules. No idea how long this will take.

I got notified on May 31st and took delivery from dealer on Sept. 3rd

those 3 months seemed longer than the total 19 months since I ordered.

Seems that "in production" is a paperwork (electronic) designator and has nothing to do with the assembly line initially.

OK, so we're making some progress here. Went from "in production" to "built" in short order. Now at the "awaiting shipping status" for about a week now. What say you all who were at the same juncture please? Seems like we're getting close... thanks!

So my time frame from built to when it hit the dealer lot was about a week (I live in eastern PA).

Mine said "Awaiting Shipment" while it was sitting at my dealership. LOL!

it's great you got "Built" fairly quickly - some people wait more than 6-months for their "Built" notification - some builds stay "In Production" for ages

from "Built" to "Delivered" average couple weeks - could be few days or could be months - and depends whether you're going Convoy or Rail - Rail is prob more predictable, if no strike

As of today I have been built and waiting for shipping for 20 days. It is still sitting at MAP. The method of shipment for me is Rail.
