We just received a nice shipment of MORRFlat Tire Inflation Systems. We have the Quad (125"), Quad+ (155") and Mega Quad (200") systems in stock!

The Quad system is perfect for the Broncos. We also have the extension hoses if you need one as well as the ViAIR adapters.

Inflate, Deflate, and Equalize air pressure in all 4 tires, all at once. See all of the uses below:

– Air up 1 to 4 tires simultaneously (Less stress on your compressor!)
– Air down 1 to 4 tires simultaneously (Less stress on you!)
– Check all of the tires’ PSI from the manifold (No more continuously bending over checking PSIs)
– Move air from a spare tire into other tires
– Effortlessly equalize tire pressures
– Make all 4 tires the same pressure
– Run different PSI in the front tires from the back tires

Wouldn't airing up 4 tires at once be MORE stress on the compressor?

No. It would only make it run for longer. But since you would have to just fill them in series it wouldn't make much difference.

They should. I have aftermarket rims and they fit fine.

No it just takes longer is all. ARB Compressors can run for a full hour without any issues

On the video you showed using the Staub fittings to air down but wouldn't be easier to use the morrflate to air down the 4 tires at once?

You have to keep checking the pressure. With the Staun you twist them on and walk away. They stop automatically

Thanks but doesn't the Morrflate gauge tell you what pressure the tires are down to as they are airing down? Or do you need to check each tire?

In an equalized pneumatic system all pressures will reach the same measurement.

You have to stop airing down and check the pressure. That means you have to babysit it. It equalizes the pressure bit you still have to stop periodically and check the pressure from the gauge.

Pretty sure this will put more strain on the compressor. I wouldn't recommend this without first checking with ARB on both recommendations and warranty.

It puts no extra strain on the compressor... the compressor isn't working harder, it just stays on longer.

The ARB Twin Compressor can take it. They are rated at 100% duty cycle (that means it's on non-stop for an hour straight under load).
