Is anyone really good at Photoshop for wheel treatment?

Curious what it would look like if you painted the steel wheels with this "two tone" style - black for the body with the steel or chrome on the ring around the edge. There's plenty of side profile images of the base or black diamond to choose from. I'm not capable of this . . .

But this is generally what I am aiming for (wheels only).

You sir, are THE MAN. I greatly appreciate it - exactly what I was looking for. I should have kept my original black order to complete the look, but it's too f'n hot in Arizona so I went with A51. I still think it its going to look great.
