Is there potential class action on Ford deliveries…

Clipped this from Bronco Nations forms. I have to admit he or she has a valid point. Especially now that many B6G members have seen their orders not delivered and newer or non-res orders delivered ahead of most. Worse is early res holders without production date. What’s your opinion?

So what have you lost by not getting your Bronco yet?

In order to have a law suit, don’t you need to prove damages?

Also, there’s plenty of disclaimers in the reservation agreement protecting Ford.

No, the premise is based on falsehoods. See number 1. Ford reservations sold the opportunity to order. If you converted to an order (and even if you didn't, you were given the opportunity), that is the end of the reservation contract. It was fulfilled at that point. A reservation was not an order for a Bronco.

number 2. The line promise was altered before the order banks opened by about a month or so, all that remained was the completion of the reservation orders before dealer stock.

That promise being rescinded later on after 2022 MY orders were opened up.

If you no longer like the terms of the reservation (that Ford reserved the right to modify unilaterally), you can cancel and get your $100 back. You are out nothing. What damages do you suggest people are going to be able to prove and recover?

Legally it seems Ford is in the right, that doesn't make it right though.

Read the tac. They literally said nothing guaranteed everything subject to change and any event can impact process. They are legally covered.

Any lawsuit just jacks the price up after ford wins and passes cost to consumer. Plusnyou can get you money back and go buy something else. Pissed does not equal liability
