3 hours? Did you drink a beer between each letter? 
Mine took less than hour and included swapping Morimoto headlights. I extended the power wire it came with and tapped into aux6. The instructions say tap into the fuse box but I didnt want them on every time I turned the key on (specifically daytime). I think they look great and definitely a good mod for $100.
