I do feel the code orange hard plate on the raptor is kind of useless since there is a cross brace that completely covers the plate. They are awesome on non braptors though!

my code orange bushings are fantastic.

Yea. The part fits but can't get much utility out of it. Would probably be more convenient to mount things to the cross brace.

I received a set of the blem code orange bushings (awesome price) and installed them, they look really cool and it is very hard to tell why they were considered blemished. One question, they seem a little lighter in weight and don't seem to hold the latch quite as tight as the original, is this typical.

There are some hanger marks on the interior wall of the bushings as well asnsome light water marks that present as discoloration on the interior walls as well.

They are lighter because they are made from aluminum vs the oem steel.

Regarding fitment. That is not normal and i can swap you out I cant walk you through a fix. Clean any debris from the oem screws there is often dried thread seal that clogs the threads and prevents full uguduga tightness. That should solve the issue.

Proper fitmet should be free of play or rattling but you may notice smother engament of the latch. Not an issue as long as you see the weather seal c9mpress during engagment.
