Modular bumper Question fog light question

I have a base 2 door 2.7, that came with the modular bumper. Anyone know if it is pre wired to add fog lights? Was hoping it was a plug and play option. I appreciate any advice

It is not pre wired. If you have the optional up-fitter switches it’s easy to wire from the brake booster area to the bumper.

Yes and No.

So there IS a fog light wire on each side, behind your tow hook. But it's not enabled (the circuit is dead in the computer). So you need to

1) Buy the fog switch from Ford and replace your current headlight switch with the combo one
2) You need to program your truck (via FORSCAN) to enable the circuit

We actually make pigtails for all different lights that plug right into this factory circuit.

We also make our own fog kits with Diode Dynamics, Baja Designs or Morimoto lights.

Where are the wires hidden I took off the covers and didn't see anything by the tow hooks

The fog light wiring is only on the Lux package. Since you don’t have the up fitters it’s a lot to get the wiring to the light switch and as mentioned there is a new switch and Forscan work. You could run the wires to a switch that comes with some fog light packages. There a whole thread about fog lights. Do a search here.

Any vehicle that has front park aid sensors, also has the fog light wiring.
