Part of me hopes we are delayed until January so we get a chance to see these colors on some other Fords prior to ordering.
We have until January 31 to order with our reservation.

I'm headed to Alton Monday to get my order in.. I'm hoping they have few sports now and maybe a mustang in FJG. I'd like to see it myself in person too!!
Shut your mouth. Alton as in Alton, Illinois? I was born in Alton.

Love CG under over cast sky! It would be even better in a matte finish

All y'all abbreviating Cactus Gray as CG are confusing the Carbonized Gray fans.

I saw CG today on a Sport. I was waiting to see it in person to see what the color "really" was. Seeing it in person didn't answer that question any better than the pictures I had seen. What I mean is that the color definitely changes depending on what kind of light is on it. Direct sun and close up it is flat light gray, light overcast from a distance it had a light green tint, and at one point it did have a blueish hue to it. Don't get me wrong, I like it, but I expected when I saw it in person I would have more clarity. Still waiting to see A51 in person.

I just got off the phone with the salesman at Marshall Ford to verify they still have this on the lot. He said they have 2, and that "one is that new color, kind of a gray, kind of a green, and the other is that darker gray" which I took to mean they've got Cactus Gray and Carbonized Gray. I'll be heading out that way after work to take a look at them and should make it before the sun goes down. Feel free to shoot requests my way now if there's something specific you're dying to see on a Sport. This is primarily a color quest for me as I think I've got myself on the Carb Gray train but still could be swayed by something when I see it in person. Getting closer y'all.

Assuming the cactus gray Sport is in the same location as yesterday, it will be in the far back left corner of their lot, behind the building and Service Department.

I got caught up in the announcement news and never posted this. Cactus Gray, to my eye, was very true to what we've seen in the more recent pictures. I'd hoped to see Carbonized Gray in person, but the other 2 they had were white and iconic silver. I did see shadow black in a number of other vehicles and I think I'm done considering it, but unfortunately for me, iconic silver looked incredible and im still conflicted. Iconic silver in the showroom, Cactus gray outside. (PS if my bronco arrives and I somehow don't like it, I'd drive off in one of these. They are very pleasant to be in and far cooler in person than I'd have expected)
