MRT Performance Exhaust

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here has purchased a custom exhaust from MRT Performance and is having the same issues I am. MRT installed a custom exhaust on my 2023 Bronco Raptor. I love the sound and am very happy so far except I continue getting error codes displayed. This started day one since MRT installed my exhaust. I took my car to the Ford dealership to investigate. They told me my problem is the aftermarket exhaust and they would not service my truck for this particular problem. In fact they suggested I reinstall my original exhaust. I since have taken my vehicle to MRT. They reconfigured my exhaust and told me this should fix the problem. The very next day I got the same error codes. When I contacted Dave at MRT he told me I am the only one reporting or having this problem. MRT also told me they have exhausted all option. They basically want to wash their hands of this and are not responding to my emails.
So now I have a new exhaust and the manufacturer does not stand by their product. Any suggestions or does anyone know of a fix. Below is the report I was able to generate.

I installed the mrt h pipe myself on my braptor and apparently messed up the active exhaust actuators. I think the battery is supposed to be disconnected or the valves at a certain position before unplugging and removing them. My local ford service department is great though they just replaced them both under warranty. Worst case I say put your factory exhaust exhaust back on and then get the dealer to warranty them.

Were there any sensors attached to the stock exhaust? If there were, I'm wondering if "resetting" the vehicle i.e. disconnecting the battery and so forth (maybe even a forscan mod) might provide a solution.
