My relationship with Cactus Grey

So in direct sunlight it looks kinda green, in cloudy conditions it looks kinda green, and next to blues and greens it looks kinda green.

I'd say anyone expecting a flat gray is going to be sorely disappointed. (Those people might want to choose Carbonized Gray).

I didn't say flat—good luck with the green. Picture number three in the OP's post or the current build and price color is the "color". When you pull that into color tools, you get very close to equal mixes of all red, green and blue—i.e., gray.

i was at a ford lot yesterday and saw a Mach 1 in fighter jet gray and a ranger in cactus gray. Definitely not the same color. I actually like the fighter jet gray and disliked the cactus gray, I believe I have natural aversion to green.

All I know is Ford says it's the same paint codes.

Your right! I don't know why they looked different to me, but I didn't see the the green tinge on the mustang. Maybe the name fighter jet gray was enough to skew my subjective perception.
