My brother's Bronco is missing this plastic piece that one of the passenger-side roof latches slides on. I took this part off of my Bronco to see if I could source it, but so far I am having no luck tracking it down.

Its engineering part # is 900001469___0 (I can't make out the 3 blank spots in the part # as they appear to have been rubbed away). Does anyone know if this part is available as a standalone part or does it need to be order as an assembly with other components?

This is where the missing latch slide resides in the Bronco:

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

This part/piece is/was discussed in another thread. I wish i could be more help, but it is B6G known as a "Summer part" ...summer on Broncos and summer not.
This piece/part was not on ours.

Thank you for the reply! That thread had the link to the part with it's metal base. I was going to order the the part, but every Ford parts website wants $60 for the part plus $500+ to ship!!! I guess my brother's Bronco will only use 3 of the 4 roof clamps for the foreseeable future!

If its a factory piece, Ford Parts Dept should be able to get it for you.

Just as an update for anyone looking to find these parts: Ebay and other used parts sources have FAR better pricing on this part than any Ford dealer at the time of this posting. It makes sense intuitively that used parts would be less expensive, but I did not expect the extreme price disparity that Ford wants for it over the used options.

That piece missing most likely caused a lot of leaks along the windshield junction mentioned in other threads.
