A couple of days ago I was passing another truck on the highway and the driver drifted into my lane and hit me on the passenger side. Surprisingly and gratefully I did not lose control and the good news was basically, no damage was done! It felt like I was hit really hard but the only thing that happened was rubber scruffson the beadlock ring on the rear tire and damage to the bumper and the WeatherTech mudflap on the passenger rear.
The mud flaps were installed when I had my Rockslide Engineering side steps so I do not know how they were put on and it is not convenient for me to back to have them fixed because the dealership is not close by. So, what I need help with is do I need a new set of mudflaps only or do I need to get a Ford OEM piece first, see pics below. The pics are in order of up close to the pieces in question.
I will be on the road for a while longer so I am trying to plan what parts I need so I can have this fixed at one of my upcoming stops.
