Does anyone have any references in the Portland area (preferably Lake Oswego/Tualatin/SW Portland area) for tires, wheels, lights, racks, winch, paint match fenders, etc for my BL?

Might try Ironman 4x4 in Tualatin. For paint work, Tualatin Autobody is good.

For mods like lights and wheels and winches, and suspensions and stuff you can work with Accessory Outfitters. The owner also owns a Bronco and they do go stuff. Really great people
