Hi all, I just discovered this forum. Was going to the Ford Truck Enthusiast forum but there seems to be a lot more activity here.

Anyway, I've recently had the call with the dealer to select my 2023 BRaptor colors and options. I have not been given a schedule or VIN or confirmation of anything at all, so can't guess yet when this will all happen. I'm lucky to get on the list this late in the game.

I went with very limited options. I feel the base Raptor is pretty well equipped and I like the idea of no carpeting. We'll see if this turns out to be a good selection. Anyone else out there with the base configuration?

I did! I have a badlands with the leather now and am looking forward to the easy 'wipe down' factor of the MGV on my Braptor.

Yup. The only option I selected was the $0 Headliner.

I expected to get it dirty and no memory so passed on leather seats, the Lux package didn’t really have anything I value, I’ve always removed stickers from my cars so no graphics and after having extensive carbon fiber in my AMG GTS, I worried more about scratching it up the CF bits than enjoying the look of it. Figured on get beadlocks later if I felt I needed them and have a spare set of wheels then.

But then I spent the “options” money on winch, bumper, lighting, top hoist etc. I guess I just wanted different options.

Totally get why others do things differently, but base worked for me.

Well, I did go with the MGV seat and wash out flooring. However I did do the LUX package, Orange seat belts and bead lock forged wheels. So far I really like MGV interior. I went with this interior as this will be going off road and will get dirty.
