I support pretty much all of them and have spent thousands of dollars from you and many others including DD.
Order them from us to secure a set. We already have a pre-order in with DD so when those arrive we ship them out on a first order in/first order out basis :)

If I decide to pull the trigger I will, but my point is it's not about finding it shipped for free somewhere else. I was simply pointing out the principle that the special code for free shipping bc it's not special its just ridiculous.

We do offer a spare tire bracket sold separately, but it was designed and tested specifically for LED pods.

Since this is a universal product, wiring is up to the user’s setup. You can tap into factory reverse and brake signals, or run it through a switch panel, depending on how you want to control each function.

At this time, we don’t have plans for a vehicle-specific harness for the Bronco, but it looks like @4x4TruckLEDs.com may be working on a solution.
an extension off your hitch light connector would be great

We have a harness that works with it already and we're working on a bracket to mount the chase light to the spare tire. We already have the spare tire mount done, now we're working on the actual chase light bracket (as it's slightly bigger then the regular SS10 light, so a new bracket has to be made).
I would be in if there is a solution to replace the terrible brake light with this that has a mounting bracket and legal.

how about a code for an actual discount?? free shipping shouldn't require a "special" discount code bc shipping is free pretty much everywhere on earth! especially when spending the amount of money on your products(which are great by the way to be clear).
Unfortunately, due to our MRP policy with authorized Diode Dynamics dealers, we’re unable to offer discount codes outside of scheduled sale periods. We definitely understand where you’re coming from though, and we appreciate the support and kind words about the products!

We still try to provide value where we can with offers like free shipping for under $200 purchases, and we do run sitewide sales throughout the year with actual discounts on products as well. We may even have another sale coming up soon, although it’s common for newly released products like the SS10 Chase Light to be excluded early on since they’re still very new to the market.

Do you have mounting options for the bronco? Preferably that don’t block removal of spare?

also, have you looked into factory integration with reverse and brake on the Bronco? I ask because the Bronco has two different wiring systems dependent on halogen taillights or the optional LED.
the key on with the spare bracket (Fast Intentions) has been keeping the Torx security bit taped to a six inch extension Which I store in the raptor glove box tool kit. Really speeds up the process vs. yard sale-ing the truck to find the tools like we did in Reno Vegas run blowout debacle. Takes me less than two minutes to remove now.

DD makes a great harness for their spare mount chase/reverse kit already (reverse, running light and chase light), but they’d need to add the Stop wire. Not sure if they can tap into that circuit at the taillight, but a little pigtail from existing brake light harness should be easy workaround.

I finally got my lighting how almost how i wanted it, but the strobing chase on this light completes my requirements. Intriguing.

DD does not make a chase light harness...the harness they have has REVERSE, BRAKE and STOP functionality though but not CHASE. Chase is a completely new feature with the new chase light and the chase lights are actually wired completely different from the other lights. Also, you cannot use their reverse harness for the chase light because it won't operate properly even if you re-pin it, you won't have the right functions.

Fore example, the harness has REVERSE automatically and via an upfitter. Now you could re-pin the wires so that the REVERSE is correct and BRAKE is correct but you still won't have a way to activate chase... because the wire that goes to the upfitter is connected to the REVERSE circuit. So you'd need to hack apart he wire, cut things apart/etc... kind of a hot mess. sure possible but you're basically making your own harness at that point.

Maybe they changed it, but the harness I have attaches into the passenger tail light area via pigtail. This routes reverse and running lights to the split DT connectors for two chase/reverse lights at the spare tire lugs. There is no Stop function via my harness.

The “chase light“ circuit on my harness is a single wire (no connector) that is connected to the upfitter lead in the passenger side cargo area. this overrides the reverse light and gives you an “always on or off” option for use as chase light, camp light, etc via the upfitter switch of your choice. Note: when the upfitter switch is on the factory reverse lights continue to function as they should, so no one will be surprised If I’m in reverse with “chase” light on. I just confirmed this.

Since there is no stop signal I have just tapped into the factory 3rd brake harness for stop and running light functions on my MoriMoto 5Stop brake light.

This solution works great for me, except I don’t have ability to strobe (yet). Definitely throws out a lot of light, is a pretty small package and gets rid of the floppy third brake light stalk

Any suggestions on getting my upfitter circuit to strobe?

Actually the Diode harness does support stop/brake but you need to use a C1R or C2R for that to work properly. Otherwise with a standard SSC2 it just illuminates the red backlighting. Brake will not work on the DD kit because they do not sell it with a C1R or C2R (but we do).

If you use the upfitter portion of the harness that comes in the reverse kit, it toggles the reverse circuit. However on the SS10 Chase light, the "reverse" (white output) is NOT in the same position as on a regular SSC1/SSC2/SS3/SS10. The SS10 has it in a DIFFERENT location, so it will not function properly.

If you utilize the diode dynamics reverse harness for the broncos, the upfitter connection would actually activate the SS10 Chase lights BRAKE function. And if you put the truck into reverse the same would happen.. BRAKE would activate on the chase light. If you start your truck then the SS10 chase lights REVERSE function (white light) will activate. So as you drive down the road the white light is on. Step on your brake and the chase light will turn on.

That's how the DD bronco reverse harness is wired. So it won't work. Even if you modify the pinouts your UPFITTER wire will not control things properly as it's tied into the same pinout as the REVERSE. So if you did that and went into reverse, the chase light comes on. Now you mentioned for you that's fine but now your REVERSE function on the SS10 Chase doesn't do anything (or operates incorrectly).

So to do it right you'd need to run another harness to the chase light for CHASE control. That's the best solution. Re-pin the DD harness so it works and add an extra wire for CHASE control.
