Just received ‘23 BL SASQUATCH, want to take off Goodyear 315-70-17 and put on nitto trail grabbers 315-70-17, will they fit with out doing anything and fit on tailgate without any mods

I really don't understand what are your concerns. You stated you are changing brand of tire and not changing the size. So why would you think you would have any problems. Everything is the same but brand.

I guess I was more concerned because of the extra weight of the nitro’s, especially on the tail gate

Nitto’s and shouldn’t be an issue.
