Not getting shipped emails???

How many of you have actually taken delivery without getting a shipped email?
I’ve seen a few and I’m wondering if I should even bother trying to track the progress of mine anymore.

(Built 10/15, estimated delivery by 11/2, current status: awaiting shipment)
