Parking Aid Fault

So i had the parking aid fault for a little bit. Upon investigation i noticed, the rear bumper passenger side where i was going to un-plug the parking sensors, the wire is exposed and slightly cut/damaged. Does anyone know an easy fix or part number? I guess i could just re-wire it but im not yet sure if the wire is damaged from the weather/elements. Any ideas?
