Plastic Bumper Upgrade Options

So I was late to the party and placed my order on 2/21/22. To *hopefully* not have a more than 6-9 month wait, I went with a 4 door Base (Race Red) - the only options selected were adding the Sasquatch package and the Aux switches.

My question is, I have seen a bunch of threads talking about upgrading the capable bumper to modular, but nothing on upgrading the plastic bumper. What options for getting the plastic off and moving to something a little more substantial? The Ford accessories page has a nudge, but only for the modular. Does anyone out there have upgrade suggestions for getting rid of the plastic?


....Also, am I the only idiot who is ordering aftermarket parts while still not even having a VIN?

Any of the options for the bronco will work if you are looking at full bumper replacement. There are quite a few in process and a handful I know of that are out and ready to ship.

Waiting for Rough Country Bumper to be released. Looks great on Youtube videos so waiting to see what it looks like and price. Releases in 30-45 days was what I was told. I like that it is tight and has some raised protection where the 20 inch lightbar goes. Now that Diode has 2" pods they will fit perfect.

Knowing the rest of their product line and prices my guess would be $699-$899
