Prinsu rack instal issues.

I have finished putting together the back of my prinsu rack for my four door hardtop. I have the feet in the right spot. 4 in the back. Three in the front. I can not seem to get the rack over the feet. It seems to not be wide enough. Has anyone had issue with this.

I didn’t have this issue. But the outside brackets definitely don’t fit well

I just got mine last week, the regular version, not the pro. The two “front” mounting feet at rear do not fit properly at all. I can pull them off by hand. Super loose. Prinsu has not been very responsive about this over the past week. They told me it should be better if I actually mount the whole rack and bolt it up. I let them know - NO! Those brackets are useless and I will not mount anything like this. Now I am not getting any response from them.

@LOCO_Bronco - Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue when I tried installing my Prinsu Pro Pack Saddle on my 2025 Bronco 4-Dr Badlands (painted hardtop roof). The roof brackets either aren't long enough or the rack isn't wide enough. Not sure what the issue is but it definitely won't fit over the outside of the brackets.
