Hi Everyone,
I'm having difficulty with my Rooftop Rigid Radiance light bar. I direct wired the red wire to my #1 upfitter switch, the black is grounded, and the white wire to my #2 upfitter switch. My #3 upfitter are my Rigid A-Pillar lights, #4 are my bumper lights, #5 are my Rigid bullbar mounted lights, and #6 is my bullbar lights amber backlight. The light bar on switch #1 works perfect. However, I can't get any backlight on my upfitter #2. Am I missing something in wiring the white directly to the upfitter? Is there something that I need to add to make the backlight work. Thanks!!!

I have done all the wiring on my Bronco Raptor without any issues. I have also had Rigid Radiance on my Rubicon that I had wired like how you want them. It should be straight forward and work if correctly wired.
My guess is you might have wired it to 1 of the wires that are "pass through" connections or possibly the connection you wired isn't secure and needs to be reconnected. The only other possible issue could be the light bar is defective.
First I would make sure I was connected to the correct upfitter switch and not a "pass through" connection.
Then I would pull on your connections for the radiance wire and see if it has got a tight connection.
Or the light bar is defective.
1 of those 3 things will get you up and running.
Good luck, it should be an easy fix, all the hard work is done.

To the best of my knowledge any rigid light bar sold through Ford performance does not have the backlighting feature. The wiring is there but for legal reasons they don't give you option for backlighting.
