Purchase base flares from Ford?

I’m looking for some help acquiring a full set of base flares and bumper caps for my Sas BL. I asked at my local dealer and was told that parts had to be ordered based on my VIN and since my VIN is Sas, I wouldn’t be allowed to purchase base flares. Something about his story didn’t sit quite right, so I turn to the forums. Is it possible to simply purchase base flares & bumper caps from ford?

I ordered a base and want the painted flares on the outer banks and my dealer also said I'd have to order those flares after also.

Depending on how big of a hurry you’re in, you might want to just post a WTT in the classified forum. It seems like there are always people wanting to trade Sas flares for non-Sas flares, and vice-versa...

For Reference here are the part numbers for the OBX (Outer Banks), Paint to Match Fender flares. These are not textured plastic. They have a smooth finish meant to be painted. Standard size flares (Not Sasquatch. Sasquatch size paint to match flares do not exist as of this post)
