Sometimes when I start driving from a stop I feel a ‘clunk’. It feels like it comes from the rear differential. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Bronco Raptor? Thanks in advance for the help.

I would start by looking at the slip joint.

Yes, discussions here in the forum - driveshaft - absolutely.

I'm at 40k miles. I drive hard but don't really get out wheeling that often and definitely don't beat on my rig. Just about to book an appointment for my 3rd replacement rear drive shaft (i.e. 4th shaft) 😯.

Adams Driveshaft is supposed to have a better than factory replacement on their website in a week or so (their Bronco section is present but empty now).

Thanks guys. I’ll see if the local dealership will fix it until there’s a better aftermarket option out there.

You might have to take the service manager for a spin and hope he has a reasonable set of drivers "nerves" in his butt. Don't leave it there until someone agrees there is an issue that shouldn't be occuring.
