My 4-door has rattle under the floor. I went underneath and noted a wiring harness under the driver was flopping around and tapping a heat shield. It was mounted, but not well.
I also noticed the fuel piping and some wiring under the front passenger is hanging in mid-air unsecured.

In my commercial truck world, we attempt to secure wiring, fuel hoses and air piping securely. Loosely groomed trucks end up on the side of the road.

I noticed many welded-on single threaded bolt attachment points under the body floor which would be ideal for attaching a bracket with which, for example, to secure the fuel hoses to with wire(zip) ties. However I can't locate any such part on the detailed Ford parts breakdown.
Does anyone have a thought?

I'm a big fan of 1/8" aluminum flat bar from Home Depot.
-It's relatively cheap for the amount of parts you get from each stick.
-Easy to cut, grind, bend and drill to any shape you need.
-It doesn't rust and takes paint well.

That's a good idea.

Can’t really help out much here but i feel like every single person on this forum can speak about at least one rattle they have in their Bronco. Unfortunately this is just the way they are made and at one point I gave up trying to chase down these noises I just turn up the volume to 12 and embrace it

I agree. I love my trucks, but am surprised at the skimpy chassis grooming effort.

I see the bolts for those underbody mounting points are M6x20.
I bought the HD 1/8" aluminum flat bar in 3/4" but will return for 1" where I want to secure the fuel lines coming down from the engine and heading rearward atop the fuel tank. They're flopping now.
