Rear Window Quarter Graphic

I messaged the member whose ride I saw this on, but I didn't get a response.

Did anyone else do this same mod to the same quarter area of the rear window for the paint and graphic? What is it? I think this is such a cool mod, but I haven't seen it anywhere else before.

If I had to guess, they probably got one of those trim piece covers and custom painted it and added a vinyl overlay.

Thanks, that was my assumption, but I hadn't seen a trim piece cover prior to that. I guess that was the only one that stood out to me.
