Hi all. A small accident today - the rear drivers-side vinyl door pad got a puncture. My OCD will not let me live with this. A quick Google search says the whole interior door panel may need replacing, which is overkill at this point.

Before I start calling the dealership, has anyone dealt with this? Is the vinyl itself available and I can just recover it myself? It’s textured, which might be hard to replicate or blend.

Advice appreciated :)

I betcha any decent upholstery shop will be able fix it. But yeah... there is no replacement part for just that little vinyl piece—you'll have the replace the entire door panel. MSRP is around $650 or so, you can probably find for a couple hundred less online or at your dealer's parts counter.

Part No. M2DZ-7827406-BB
(Make sure should verify the part number with your dealer before ordering.)

Briefly resurrecting this thread. I've been to a couple auto upholsterers in the area and they've all said they cannot obtain the vinyl Ford uses and that any repair job will leave an obvious imperfect seam. One suggested they could replace the "pad" if I can find a used replacement. I've found some panels on ebay which are slightly cheaper than new from Ford which I'm interested in exploring before buying new. Starting from the bottom up, this item is from a 2022. Is this the same "brown" as the roast from a 2024 model? No part number is listed. This item looks more color accurate. I'm not sure if there's a difference.
