Software update 4.2.1 was installed on the 20th. Now (not yet sure it’s random) shifting from reverse into 1st the rear camera is still on.
So far the way out is to shift back into reverse then onto 1st again. That’s easy in the driveway less so on the street.
Anyone else seeing this?

Does it eventually switch back over if you just start driving? Or does it stay that way the whole time? Check to make sure your rear camera delay isn't turned to 'on.' Sometimes settings like this get reset to factory defaults when a new update comes through that affects it. The rear camera delay can keep the backup camera active for several seconds at least once you shift out of reverse...and I disable the delay on everything we own. Once I shift to park/forward, I don't really need to see that camera anymore.
