My girlfriend put in an order for a Bronco from Sam Galloway Ford 2yrs ago - it arrived 28 july 2023. Since then, she has been dealing with all kinds of issues. The vehicle showed up with 12 miles from the factory. When we showed up at the dealer, our new Bronco mysteriously has 45 on it now and we haven’t even driven it, Inspecting the vehicle we found the options we ordered not ordered and the tow pkg we removed from the build sheet molding coming off, paint chips, the engine compartment still filthy from transport. We returned a second time days later to reinspect the vehicle and found drinks inside, and passenger seat had a stain on it. Reviewing the numbers with the 3rd salesperson they had us meet with, we found a appox. $4100.00 price increase from order to delivery. Price gouging at its best. Management and owner would not meet with us. Only when we wrote a certified letter to Sam Galloway and contacted FORD motor Co. did we get a response. Mostly upsetting is the lack of customer service. We can’t believe Sam Galloway Sr. would have allowed or been happy with this treatment. We are loyal ford customers. We purchased a 2021 Bronco from them, had issues with sales team but came again anyway. Let this be a warning to all who wish to do business with Sam Galloway Ford. SAVE $$ on your next Ford by buying direct from ford motor Co.
