Settings Randomly Reverting

I’ve noticed over the past few weeks of ownership that my settings will randomly revert at times. For reference I only use 1 key (not sure if some of these are key dependent). The ones I’ve noticed the most are fog lights are sometimes default on, sometimes I have to hit the switch. Ambient lights also have done this a couple times. I think my first step will be a factory reset unless anyone has a better idea..

Maybe unplug the negative battery terminal for ~10 minutes. Not sure if that’s the same as the software “reset”.
