shift knob thread pitch

Going to be having a shift knob made for my mt bronco, does anyone happen to know the thread pitch?

There is another thread about this. Unfortunately it's not a simple screw on. The shift pattern is a cap and there is a bolt underneath if I remember correctly.

My '65 Mustang had the same thing. Not sure why the shift gate would affect the knob.

I'm just saying the gate isn't a new thing. My Dad's 56 T-bird had one, my 65 Mustang had one, even my 95 Contour had one.

I would suggest looking at mustang shift balls. The s550 mustang has the same design shifter with lockouts and there are countless offerings available.
