Actually they are in the legal wrong, 1) for using pics of your car without your permission for financial gain, 2) they are not delivering what they are advertising (two tone grill). You may want to apprise them this is your vehicle and that they do not have your permission.

I have already sent them a message though the eBay add. And I have also reported the ad to eBay

I wouldn't. I'd let them leave it then have an attorney contact them demanding payment for using your image without permission. But I wouldn't wait until they're already down to get a lawyer.

I don't think you can do much without a copyright or watermark on your photo. Its just common courtesy to not use others photos. Hopefully they are nice and take it down.

That is good to know. I used to play in bands and I remember a friend of ours talking about the importance of copyrighting our songs. Regardless thank you for sharing your knowledge

You may be better off contacting ebay or reporting there listing, and ebay will take it down for you. If they repost with your image, repeat.

They may next try to sell your Rig, and rip someone off like they do puppies. You never know!!!!

You can report them to ebay. You can also sue them for using your photo (intellectual property) without consent.
