Bottom line is I am not terribly upset over it. But thot it was lame that they didn’t ask. And that mine is custom made and they can’t get that from ford. As for proof that it is mine. I have an azure grey heritage on order. So I modified my photo to see if I could duplicate the azure grey color. And that is my fiend’s FJ next to it and they don’t make azure grey FJ’s.Having a hard time believing thats your pic since your profile shows a velocity blue and this appears to be azure gray
Ok that makes more sense now. My local dealer has a bronco sport heritage in AG. Its a nice color. Ive seen quite a few others that painted the grills the same way too.Bottom line is I am not terribly upset over it. But thot it was lame that they didn’t ask. Fair warning, I am stealing your magnificent phrase "bodacious love staff"!I have been dealing with this scenario for several years. There is a company that sells a male enlargement product and they have been using a picture of my bodacious love staff as the “ after result”.
His looks different in different lighting. I've seen him post it before.Having a hard time believing thats your pic since your profile shows a velocity blue and this appears to be azure gray
Yes you are correct. B6G has the right to use the image. But some random dealer on eBay does not. I did not post my picture on eBay or on Keller ford’s website. Again I really don’t care that much about it. I just thought it was funny that they used my image. And it is not a heritage grill. But they are using the image to sell a heritage grill.Y'all are funny here on this thread. Apparently no one here read the terms of service for B6G and how they can use your photos you post here. When you posted the photo you gave away your rights to no one using it.

It is definitely shady practice to use a photo that isn't even a photo of the product you are selling to get people to buy a heritage grill lol I would report them to ebay as that is false advertisement since it's not actually the product they have. I don't understand why a dealer would ever think it's a good idea to do that.Yes you are correct. B6G has the right to use the image. But some random dealer on eBay does not.
