Some LED's cycle 400 times a second, others up to 3000. Video frame rate of 60fps to 120fps can show this flicker as a fast pulsing in some cases, but it is much to fast for the human eye which sees smooth motion at around 30fps.So after the 700th video I’ve watched I have come to the conclusion that the headlights are...twitchy. I’ve been trying to decide if it’s a video quality thing or maybe something that doesn’t appear to the naked eye or something else. Somebody set my mind at ease.
