Werd doc. If you have the problem, let the dealer try to fix. No sense braking something then being denied warranty on parts that are very expensive.

Interesting.

Sad to see there isn't anything about getting the top to latch in the lowered position, which I constantly have difficulty with, even after trying to adjust the lower catches.

I'd take to my dealer, as you advise - unfortunately, it'll likely be a 2-3 week wait only to be told "we don't know what we can do."
