Soft top plastic guide rollers broken?

Had the top down over the weekend and notice the plastic guides on the soft top on both sides are cracked. Anyone else have this issue? Not sure how it happened.

Does it rattle now? I noticed my wife’s first started restoring when all the west back. Last week mine started. Too dark to look right now but I’ll check. Just another warranty fix. My wife says the dealer is not going to sell me any more cars with how much my bronco has been back.

It does rattle when it’s rolled back. You also don’t have to roll the top all the way back to see it. You can see them by opening it up to the first position.

Could be pulling the top down too hard to lock it in. Is it hard to get the click sound and lock it down?

No all latches release smoothly.
