If you use it with the top off, is it water proof? Would it keep the interior from getting wet if it rained

I’m not 100% sure if it’s water proof. I had it in the truck in case it rained while I was at work etc. figured it would catch enough till I could get home.

Or parking outside with the tops off keeps the dust and or dew out
