Spare tire cover install

Just picked up my 60th Anniversary Bronco yesterday and noticed the spare cover in the back after i got home.Cant figure out how to route the straps that im thinking pull it in over backup camera? Any help appreciated.

I routed mine through the wheel on both sides of the camera after putting hard shell over camera. Then you can pull cover over tire from top to bittom

What’s with dealers not actually installing accessories any more? I negotiated the tire cover and carpeted floor mats when I bought my new $60k Heritage. It took a while to get the accessories. I was pretty disappointed to find them in the boxes when I picked up my Bronco from the dealer. This is my tenth new vehicle and by far my worst customer experience with the dealership. It’s also my fifth Bronco and cost more then all four previous Broncos combined, including a bought new 96 Eddie Bauer. Dealer service has gone way downhill and those tire covers ain’t so easy to install
