A moar door Stroppe? No thanks. Looks like instant collectability in the 2 door.

The people who have/will buy the Stroppe appreciate the history of Bill Stroppe and his legacy of Baja Bronco racing. I would think those people, myself included, would be attracted to the 2dr vs a 4dr. I think that Stroppe market is already saturated. I can’t for the life of me, figure out who they think will buy the 4dr. And the general population can’t understand the color scheme.

Looking at the DOG, Heritage Edition mentions special fenders... Bolt on.
Which are the squared off ones.
For the Stroppe, it only mentions painted flares.
I wonder if the 4 door Stroppe loses the square fenders.

Certainly would be a shame if so.

I think in general the 2 door with a V6 became problematic. Much cheaper, sticker wise, but quicker than a Braptor. I find the close coupled 2 door to be a blast to drive. I will know the difference better at the end of the month when i go to the off rodeo and drive a 4 door. I was around and driving when the gen 1s were being produced and the 2 door comes much closer to that experience and look. I have 2 gen 1s for comparison.

Have you seen any Stroppe on the road? I’ve yet to see one in my part of town.

I don’t think demand is high. Ford should’ve left it as a 2025 only edition. The 4DR version seems ridiculous.

I’ve not seen one in Wisconsin. I seldom see HE or HEL’s. IMHO, should have stayed a 2 door.

Same here. I have two full sized Ford four door pickups, a Raptor and a Mega Rex. One has had folks in the back seat a total of three times, the other, never. Broncos arent 4 doors in my book. But I have Gen 1 Broncos too. Maybe the 4 doors should have been called Geldings?

My Stroppe has new shoes. I must say, the look surprised me on how well I liked it. Picked the wheels up off Ebay as Mickey Thompson does not have any and are not in the process of making any more (at least currently). FYI. In Mid-November it goes in for the Tail Gate paint fix. I'm uncertain about the white around the windows at this juncture, I sort of like the Blue. I have a bit of time to consider that move. Also, getting rid of the white below the doors as well, painting the brush guard and a hood deflector Orange, un wrapping the hood and painting it flat black so that I don't have to worry about the on and off of a wind deflector every time it needs a re wrap, (every 4-5 years I hear). Oh, kept the original wheels and tires for winter driving and swap out for any off road work.

Edit: working and scrubbing that mid door decal, way to fat and bald.
